MARS RUN Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MARS RUN mini game ("Game") operated by VITALII SOSNYTSKYI SIGNUM TATTOO ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Game only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and under the rules of the platform through which the Game is made available. The Game is not intended for children where applicable platform or local rules prohibit such use.

3. TikTok Platform

The Game may be made available through TikTok or TikTok Mini Games. Your use of TikTok is separately governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, and platform rules. We do not control TikTok's platform, accounts, availability, or independent processing of your information.

4. Scores, Progress, and Game Features

The Game may include scores, progress, virtual items, multipliers, challenges, rewards, or similar gameplay features. These features have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise. We may modify, rebalance, reset, suspend, or discontinue gameplay features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or update the Game.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its name, character designs, artwork, graphics, interface, sounds, code, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to VITALII SOSNYTSKYI SIGNUM TATTOO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or platform version.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Game where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, platform requirements, or violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date where appropriate.
