Your privacy matters

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Arrow Reveal: 3D Puzzle (the "Game"). The Game does not require an account. Core game progress is stored locally on your device.

2. Data stored locally

Level progress, coins, boosters, collection state, daily challenge state, purchase entitlement and settings may be stored on your device. We do not receive this local game state through our own server. Deleting the Game may delete this data.

3. Advertising and consent

The Game uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform ("UMP") to display and manage advertising. Depending on device settings, region, consent choices and ad mode, Google may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, device identifiers, advertising data, ad views and interactions, product interactions, crash logs and performance information.

Where required, UMP asks for privacy choices before ads are requested. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier for tracking also requires permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework. If you decline tracking or personalized advertising, the Game may still display limited, technical or non-personalized ads where permitted.

Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial advertising. Rewarded advertising remains optional and is shown only when you choose to request an in-game reward.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

The distributed build may use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics when those services are enabled. These services can process gameplay events, app-session and interaction data, device and app information, crash reports, diagnostic data and performance information to help us understand gameplay and improve stability. We do not intentionally send Firebase your name, email address, contacts or precise location.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the StoreKit 2 framework. The Game offers one non-consumable purchase, Remove Ads (product identifier com.signumgames.arrowreveal3d.removeads). Apple handles payment credentials and transaction processing under its own terms and privacy policy. The Game receives limited transaction and entitlement information needed to verify and restore purchases; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

6. Support communications

If you contact us, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and troubleshooting details, to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

7. Purposes and legal bases

We and our providers process information to operate and secure the Game, provide ads and optional rewards, verify purchases, diagnose crashes, measure performance, improve gameplay, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, legal bases may include your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Game.

8. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by Apple, Google AdMob, UMP, Firebase and technical service providers only as necessary for the purposes described above, or by authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data for money. Some privacy laws may treat personalized advertising disclosures as "sharing" or "sale"; the controls below allow eligible users to manage those choices.

9. International transfers

Apple, Google and their providers operate globally, so information may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by lawful safeguards used by the relevant provider.

10. Retention

Local progress remains on the device until removed by you, the operating system or deletion of the Game. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers retain information according to their policies and configured retention periods.

11. Privacy Choices

Where available, open Settings - Privacy Settings in the Game to review or change UMP choices. You can manage ATT permission in iOS Settings - Privacy & Security - Tracking. You may also contact us to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or complaint to a data protection authority.

12. Children

The Game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not listed in Apple's Kids category. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or directly submit personal data. Advertising and consent handling are subject to platform, regional and age-related requirements.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy when the Game, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with a revised effective date.
