1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Arrow Reveal: 3D Puzzle (the "Game"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Game only where permitted by applicable law and platform rules. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use where required by local law.

3. Limited license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment on supported Apple devices.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Game, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate purchases or rewards, use cheats or automation, or copy and commercially distribute Game content except where law expressly permits.

5. Virtual items and progress

Coins, boosters, collectibles, rewards and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may reasonably rebalance or modify gameplay features. Local progress may be lost if the Game or its data is deleted.

6. Advertising and rewarded videos

The free Game may show interstitial ads. Rewarded videos are optional and provide the described in-game benefit after successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

7. In-app purchase

Remove Ads (product identifier com.signumgames.arrowreveal3d.removeads) is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit 2. It disables interstitial advertising for the Apple ID entitled to the purchase. Use Restore Purchases to restore a valid entitlement. Pricing, billing, refunds and payment processing are governed by Apple and applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, code, artwork, interface, sounds, names and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of advertising, analytics or online services.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Game. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Game or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
